  Very slow to provide customer support. Does not guarantee product they install nor do they back it up. Pulling teeth to get them to service a unit only installed 8 months ago, and never even turned on the AC. Told us initially there was no warranty.
  Changed a compressor 3.5 weeks later, did not work, and just left site without advising. Now we have to chase them again! Not worth it folks.
